You Naishou: We improve the control of processes and quality management. We must start with the quality control of raw and auxiliary materials, strictly organize production according to regulatory standards, and ensure that every process is strictly followed. With good process output, there will naturally be good results.
From a technical position to a management position, the change in identity has also given him a different understanding of the implementation of standards. From individual to team, from following "standards" to exceeding "standards", technological updates have become an urgent need. He led various departments of the factory to complete the company's new round of GMP technical transformation work, successively completing the technical transformation of seven workshops, including the freeze-dried powder injection workshop, powder injection workshop, and oral solid preparation workshop. All workshops successfully passed the new GMP certification inspection and became one of the first batch of enterprises in Fujian Province to pass the national new GMP certification.
You Naishou: Mobilize everyone's strength, and everyone works together. In the initial stage of the new GMP certification, we had to work overtime every night, hold meetings every day, study the problems encountered in the work that day, discuss solutions, and establish scientific work methods.
His seriousness and persistence in pharmaceutical work have made him unyielding. He discovered that the content of Tai Zi Shen cyclopeptide B in Zherong was low, so he actively participated in revising the pharmacopoeia standard of Tai Zi Shen, overcame more than ten technical difficulties such as sodium glycerophosphate for injection and compound glycyrrhizinate for injection, and led the technical team to obtain four technical patents.
You Naishou: From the perspective of enterprise management, personnel should be the first element. I think it is important to create a good working atmosphere.
Technology needs to be updated, factories need to develop, and talent is the key. He pays special attention to listening to the voices of the front line and understanding the dynamics of the front line. Going to the workshop every day is his unbreakable habit. On weekdays, various positions compete, skills competitions, creating an atmosphere where everyone strives to be the best, and after work, rich cultural and entertainment activities make employees more united and cohesive.
You Naishou: We have monthly star awards and innovation star awards every month. In life, we have many interest groups, such as reading clubs, basketball interest groups, and dance interest groups, to enrich everyone's spare time. This is also part of the enterprise culture building.
When heaven and earth communicate, all things communicate; when superiors and inferiors communicate, their aspirations are the same. Under his leadership, the factory's technical team grew rapidly, and a group of post-85s technical management talents emerged, solving the problem of talent shortage in the development stage of the factory.
You Naishou: In our work, we should be wise in life. I have a positive attitude towards solving problems, rather than thinking about how much trouble this problem has caused you.
At the beginning of 2023, the production tasks in various workshops were heavy. Several workshops with large gas consumption needed to work simultaneously, but the factory only had one boiler, resulting in insufficient gas supply and a significant impact on production progress. Some complaints also arose among employees.
You Naishou: I took them to the main positions of each workshop to understand the real situation. Finally, after analyzing some data, we believe that adopting a staggered approach can achieve the simultaneous production of multiple workshops. After this staggered gas supply, we successfully solved the problem of insufficient production supply in multiple workshops. We also found a more scientific and reasonable scheduling method.
Pharmaceuticals are not only science and technology itself, but also a sincere and infectious expression of humanistic care. Time flies, and for twenty years, You Naishou's original intention of making medicine for people's health has remained unchanged.
You Naishou: I think the greatest sense of accomplishment is seeing the company grow and develop step by step. As the company grows, I and my team also get exercise and growth. My hope is that the company will soon achieve its vision of becoming a well-known domestic pharmaceutical company, continuously develop high-quality new products, and contribute to solving human diseases and human health.
